D’Ann Hinkle graduated as a distinguished student from Texas A&M and from South Texas School of Law, based upon excellence in academics, where she was a member of the Law Review.  She is married to Chip Hinkle and has two children, Trey and Meredith who attend Baylor University.  D’Ann loves to travel and spend time with her family. 

D'Ann is a huge advocate for safety.  She and her team are actively involved with the Kailee Mills Foundation focusing on seat belt awareness safety.
